Tech Writing

Complex products.
Clear words.

Technical products fail in the market for two reasons: buyers do not understand them, or they understand them but cannot picture using them. Good tech writing closes both gaps. It explains the mechanism, then makes the outcome feel real.

What I write

Content that supports the full buyer journey, from first awareness to the moment they book a demo.

๐Ÿš€
Product pages and launch posts
Positioning-first product pages and launch content that explains what the product does, who it is for, and why now. Written to convert, not to impress engineers.
โš–๏ธ
Comparison pages and buyer guides
Honest comparisons and structured guides for buyers who are evaluating options. The kind of content that earns trust precisely because it does not pretend competitors do not exist.
๐Ÿ”ง
Technical tutorials and explainers
How-it-works pieces and step-by-step tutorials for technical and semi-technical audiences. Clear without being condescending. Specific enough to be useful.
๐Ÿ“Š
Case studies and outcome content
Problem, approach, outcome. The format that converts because it answers the question every buyer is actually asking: has this worked for someone like me?

What makes it work

Tech writing fails when the writer either does not understand the product or understands it too well to explain it to someone who does not. The sweet spot is a writer who can learn the mechanism quickly, find the outcome that matters to the buyer, and build the explanation around that outcome rather than around the feature list.

I have covered AI, blockchain, SaaS, compliance technology, and consumer tech. I have written for engineers and for buyers who would never describe themselves as technical. The approach changes. The discipline does not.
